What got into  me today? I have just had my second  glass of this bitter - sour water called lemon water . It may not be as tasty as sweet  sugar but this miracle drink has calming  effects that  will make you reach  out  for  another glass and  another. The benefits  of dancing are beautiful as the feeling you get when you get up to move. It's almost as if  you are  moving  forward and  new beginnings are on their way. Many like  to say  they have two left feet and that is  the reason  why they do not want to give dance a GO! But I say dance, get on to that dance floor and  feel  revitalized.
