Weight loss...

One of the best pieces of advice I got when it comes to losing weight is this:- *Stop eating meals past  three pm. True...trust me, try it. It works. Only drink up afterwards. You will not believe the extent to which you will lose the weight. However, losing weight does not cut it. You have to build muscle too. So please try and exercise as well. It is important, if you don't want to look like an inflated balloon. Losing weight without building muscle can make your skin look sluggish. So you might want to bare that in mind while stretching forth to your weight loss goals.

Staying young...

 I have finally come to a conclusion of how to stay young. It all revolves around,starting your day  with a cup of tea,oatmeal with fruit and ending your day with  fish and vegetables. Also... Walk everyday in the morning and evening and do five to ten push up's daily. Lastly... SMILE! Keep on smiling!
