Many like to eat peanuts with their purple or brown skin. Peanuts contains resveratol, a component that slows the cell aging and promotes good health for the heart.
Nuts are also considered to lower cardiovascular disease and diabetes. So it is true peanuts just don’t sit pretty in a jar as peanut butter…they are tasty
