To be committed you have to do whatever it is you have to do without any excuses. To get rid of your excuses you need to change the habit. To change the habit you need to stay focused. To stay focused you need to do whatever it is you have committed yourself to doing without expecting any reward. Wake up, show up and do the same thing until it becomes a healthy, good, better, the best habit, which I bet is why you took the time to read this.
