Miscarriages

The cause of a miscarriages are often unknown, in the sense they vary from complex to simple issues. However, major miscarriages can be caused by hormonal issues, infections, congenital abnormalities within the uterus and many other cervical conditions.
A miscarriage is so, when a woman loses her child within 24 week or less of her pregnancy.
The most common symptoms of a miscarriage is bleeding from the vagina. Some miscarriages can be diagnosed with the help of an ultrasound scan.Such a detection is termed as a silent miscarriage.
To avoid miscarriages one should opt for a healthy diet, eat more fruit and vegetables. Avoid strenuous exercises and most of all check with your doctor regularly so as to avoid any mishaps.
