One of the best pieces of advice I got when it comes to losing weight is this:-
*Stop eating meals past three pm.
True...trust me, try it. It works. Only drink up afterwards. You will not believe the extent to which you will lose the weight.
However, losing weight does not cut it. You have to build muscle too. So please try and exercise as well. It is important, if you don't want to look like an inflated balloon. Losing weight without building muscle can make your skin look sluggish. So you might want to bare that in mind while stretching forth to your weight loss goals.
