Why you are fat by Trony Ingati

Many women grow up as little girls with baby fat. Before you know it you have to go through puberty and blossom into a young lady and sooner than you can place your finger on it you are all wrapped up in the marriage world with cute little bundles of joy and some good fat packed on to it the joy of mother hood.regardless of the on going debate about why one is fat…there is still that question that throws its self out again…why am i fat?The reason as to why you could be fat vary from one individual to the next.
Getting married is beautiful. But many women and their spouses take this to be a comfort zone. They exchange eating habits and the kilo’s start to pile up secretly!
Forgetting to eat just enough…becomes another problem. Having a partner around often makes one eat too much because most spouses tend offer good company to go with the food and are always dinning out rather than cooking in.
Holidays are another factor that contributes to growing fat. Indulging in fatty foods and sugars makes one add some weight most especially with festive seasons here and there.
Ignoring your work out is another bad habit for a recipe for disaster. Many couples slump out on a regular work out.
Getting pregnant too sends your hormones haywire by increasing  the production of insulin and hence the accumulation of fat
Being a mother often makes you an instant encourager, and while you are at it you become your childs plate grazer. However draw your boundaries and do not graze on your baby’s foods. Many mothers graze on their childrens food with the intention of eating with them. But when this is done frequently. It only takes that weight up!
In order to keep that figure right, breast feed your baby if young. This takes out 300 calories off in one day. Exercise with your spouse and get back your figure real quick the right way.
Also sleep when you ought to. And a good 8 hours for that matter.
Though there are many reasons why you are fat keep in mind that regular exercise is the only way to loose that fat!
