it is not all evenings that you have ample time to make a quick meal and for an already exhausted yet hungry family
if you are a mother on the go consider making a hearty bowl of potatoe soup that will be both nutrious as the soup for the day and delightful enough to open up hungry mouth to a main course.
for the potatoe soup you will need:-
·         4 large peeled potatoes diced
·         1 onion diced
·         2 stalks celery  diced
·         3 cups of water
·         2 cups  of ilk
·         ½ teaspoon of dried dillweed
·         ¼ teaspoon  of ground pepper
·         2 tablespoons of chopped chives
for the method all you will have to follow is
1.   place the POTATOES, onion, celery and water and milk together in a sauce pan.
2.  add  the dilweed and pepper
3.  simmer until  the potatoes are  soft
4.  draw the soup into bowls using a ladle
5.  and top all bowls containing the soup with  chopped chives
-       this soup serves 6 persons.
