for the potatoe soup you will need:-
· 4 large peeled potatoes diced
· 1 onion diced
· 2 stalks celery diced
· 3 cups of water
· 2 cups of ilk
· ½ teaspoon of dried dillweed
· ¼ teaspoon of ground pepper
· 2 tablespoons of chopped chives
for the method all you will have to follow is1. place the POTATOES, onion, celery and water and milk together in a sauce pan.
2. add the dilweed and pepper
3. simmer until the potatoes are soft
4. draw the soup into bowls using a ladle
