Exercise is essential. It is sometimes interesting to hear of individuals who cannot stand exercise!

You don’t need much to walk other than, a good pair of proper fitting shoes that can fade the impact and off you go to enjoying one good walk.
Walking helps one feel good about themselves as well as increases appreciation of nature and awareness of things around them.
Walking reduces your blood pressure and improves how your heart functions.
Walking helps build muscle strength and great endurance. This is vital for healthier bones and joints
If stress gets the best of you try walking. This should sweep your troubles away.
Walking can get your weight in control and help you keep that weight away.
Walking also keeps aging at bay. By giving you a good heart rate, thus reducing cholesterol and hence building muscle you burn the fat and look way younger than you ought to.
If you crave brain power, walking is something you would like to try. Research now shows that walking gives one better understanding.
Walking reduces the risk of breast, colon cancers and prevents type 2 diabetes.
So now you now you know… if a healthy heart and fitness is your goal…get walking!
No wonder we do not hear of Jesus swimming, dancing, playing football and the likes. Instead he walked!
