Aging Gracefully Tips by Trony Ingati

WOMEN AND MEN ALIKE ARE ATTRACTED TO GOOD LOOKING PEOPLE BUT WHAT REALLY CONSTITUTES GOOD LOOKS;AGELESS SKIN RIGHT?SO WHY NOT FOLLOW THESE TIPS AND HOPEFULLY YOU TO MAY JOIN THE UNENDING SEA OF MANY HUMANITY WHO HONOR THEIR LOOKS AND WANT TO AGE WITH STYLE.

for starters …

Get sesame oil and massage it through your skin. This you can find in pharmacies or from a health store… Sesame oil helps to hydrate dead looking skin whilst giving it a fresh glow.

Remember that spoon of cod-liver oil? Well, try some fish oil into your diet. Fish oils have omega-3 oils that are perfect for keeping aging tendencies at bay. They also aid in hair growth and give one shinny and a more supple look.

Always keep your skin simple. Never use too much layering when it comes to beauty products.

Because skin is different and so are your needs. Nonetheless don’t forget to cleanse your skin.

Avoid sugar more so specifically white sugar.

Sugar speeds up aging by making the elasticity in your skin weaken.

This brings about wrinkling and sagging.

Lastly sleep, or take a nap whenever you can.

J C Leroux Wine Tasting : A Delight!

Good events are a rare case in Nairobi, not to forget a good drink. Willam Soklin, a  New York wine merchant once said, " What is  the definition of good wine? It should start  and  end with a smile." True to that saying, the wine was plenty and delightful at the J C Leroux wine tasting held at Alliance Francaise yesterday, 10th May,2012. The  wine tasting  courtesy  of J C Leroux  Sparkling Wine  from Distell Winemasters opened the 21st  European Film Festival at Alliance Francaise with participating countries including: Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Slovak Republic, Spain, Sweden, Serbia & Switzerland.   Below are  the sights and sounds of  the crowd and the wine, J C Leroux in sweet and dry variants that  paired up with the all sorts of cheeses and made the cocktail worth the while. It Has Been A Long While...

I do like my blog! However, I must confess, I abandoned it for a long while. So, maybe I can turn a new leaf and go back to writing? Hmm... Well, I will give it a shot. There is a whole lot to talk about, so let us get to it, shall we? " Don't Just Sit There. Do Something!" You see, I like to see businesses and people thrive. Their pain becomes my pain; their hurdles mine too. If it weren't so, why would I wake up aspiring for that morning sunshine, driven by their ambitions, teamed up with a necessity for the great pursuit. For whom; for what? Is it to be up held by the gentle relief, an ounce of 'better.' In wrapping these meandering good yet defined thoughts, I have come to the dear conclusions to roll-up sleeves of my own and all those who will and get involved. "Don't just sit there. Do something." I am reminded of that common wall paper that sits pretty in the washroom that were. If you will, manners and duty awaits.
