Keeping your heart happy!

The heart is a vital organ. Working daily it necessitates life for all who possess it.
Researchers  have found  that individuals   that  are happy  are least likely to develop heart disease then those  who are negative and very  unhappy.

In order to have a happy heart, and one that is calm in all sense. Do the following: - one, initiate sleep … get eight hours of sleep.

Eat well. Have a balanced diet, cutting down on unnesssary sugar and fats.

Avoid smoking and second hand smoking.

Get exercise.both high impact such as dancing as all these lower the risk of getting heart disease.

A happy heart is also attributted to saying goodbye to stressors never worry. Learn to be in control of what you cannot change and set goals to change only that which you can.

Put to practice being thankful for everything, nature, your spiritual walk, your family, your promotions and  anything else that makes you happy.

Be as optimistic as possible and focused on seeing good and no negative sides.
Engage in acts of kidness, such as giving your time to help your children finish their homework.

Visiting a children's home, donating foodstuff and clothes to those who have none and so forth.

Believe in yourself. If god says you are fearfully and wonderfully made, you are exactly that.
Get yourself wrapped in enjoying life and the beautiful  memories, life  has  to offer. Keep  stacks of family  pictures  and surround yourself  with good memories.
Practice  forgiveness. Let go of what hurts  for its not apart of you. It will always make you unhappy. 

Lastly, keep in mind, life is too short  to waste it being angry and what  is in gets out.

So why  not smile, cheer up and your heart will be happy too!
