Once you have decided to make the choice to eliminate toxins out your body… to detox.
You may want to follow through these reminders so that you can be safe and well as you carry out  your detox program:-

Always follow a dietary plan. This will guide you and help you keep in mind how much of the nutrients are very necessary.

Never take substances that do not make sense. Only take natural products, unless prescribed by a doctor or nutritionist.

Your detox plan should address your vitamin and mineral needs


Eat foods from all food groups.
Always be relaxed when doing your detox plan as this sparks up better results.

Eat lean meats and avoid fatty meats and trans fats.

Keep sugars and salt away. Refined sugars and salts rob your body off water and cause you to be highly dehydrated.

Never keep off from your meals. In other words don’t skip your meals.


Drink plenty of water, for it is impossible to remove toxins  without sipping on this drink of life!
