Cooking with Zucchini


Zucchini popularly known as courgettes can be used in a wide array when it comes to cooking with them.
This green long cousin of the pumpkin family has a similar resemblance of the cucumber.
Chop  up  this  zucchini in round slices fry  lightly  for  5 minutes  and lay out  in your morning  slice  of bread and eat it!
You can also bake with zucchini.
Zucchini is also tasty when served with a cracker or wheat biscuit and a slice of cheese.
If you enjoy cup cakes, am sure you will enjoy a vegetable muffin.
Mix some chopped zucchini and bake well into a zucchini muffin.
If salads are what you fancy, try some zucchini salad with chunks of yellow butternut pumpkin.
Mix in a bowl well, after frying in olive oil, and add a dash o black paper and some vinegar to taste.
Make tasty French fries not with potatoes only but with zucchini too. Chop zucchini into wedges dip into bread crumbs and egg and deep fry in whole olive oil!
Instead of Githeri everyday, try zucchini or courgettes with the maize.
