2.  Breastfeeding time not only gives them the opportunity to tell you that they love you by being calm and collected and feeding hungrily. It allows them to take in your scent and know that since the milk is flowing there is security and you love them that much to get another feed when their hunger pangs strike.
3.  To make the best off feeding time for your baby it is important to know how to do it properly.
4.  Before a breast feed. Make sure that you wash your hands thoroughly.  In instances where you don’t have water, use a hand sanitizer to make sure that your hands are bacteria free. Note that the hand sanitizer is strictly for sanitizing hands and not for the breast.
5.  Find a suitable way to hold your baby during the feed. Some of the common positions include the:- the cradle hold, football hold and reclining position.the cradle hold simply means placing your child on your lap, will the football hold involves holding your baby to the side and reclining position is  when your lying on your side.
6.  Make feeds easier each time by supporting your back and arm with a pillow.
7.  Help your baby feed by directing your nipple to their mouth and feed the little one until they have a good grip or the nipple.
8.  Let your little one suckle to his or her feel. In many cases, when babies are full they will throw the nipple out of their mouth and look at you in a manner to suggest that they have had just enough.
9.  Once your baby is done feeding. Hold them up and gently pat their upper-mid back until they burp!
10. Feed your baby 10-12 times a day so that your baby need not cry when hungry.
