Ms. Pocket

Once upon a time,
Magic lay with none,
Power run through the waters
Love was built in a day.

Sadness comes to the eye,
Tears drop and hurt,
Crying heals not what is lost,
I love you I kept crying out.

Today I am a new,
Power has become on great body,
Pain understands my fears,
You take it to once upon a time.

I tried to get a hold of yesterday,
Busy was the name we seem to play oh so well,
You make demands to fit me within the cadre,
What you know-est... is I don't know much.

Now many have gone before me,
Tears of love engulf me,
Maybe someday...
With once upon a time-the story will begin.

Good events are a rare case in Nairobi, not to forget a good drink. Willam Soklin, a  New York wine merchant once said, " What is  the definition of good wine? It should start  and  end with a smile." True to that saying, the wine was plenty and delightful at the J C Leroux wine tasting held at Alliance Francaise yesterday, 10th May,2012.
