It Has Been A Long While...

I do like my blog! However, I must confess, I abandoned it for a long while. So, maybe I can turn a new leaf and go back to writing? Hmm... Well, I will give it a shot. There is a whole lot to talk about, so let us get to it, shall we? " Don't Just Sit There. Do Something!" You see, I like to see businesses and people thrive. Their pain becomes my pain; their hurdles mine too. If it weren't so, why would I wake up aspiring for that morning sunshine, driven by their ambitions, teamed up with a necessity for the great pursuit. For whom; for what? Is it to be up held by the gentle relief, an ounce of 'better.' In wrapping these meandering good yet defined thoughts, I have come to the dear conclusions to roll-up sleeves of my own and all those who will and get involved. "Don't just sit there. Do something." I am reminded of that common wall paper that sits pretty in the washroom that were. If you will, manners and duty awaits.

Help - When You Know Where You Want To Go...

The Note To The Young Woman: When you know where you want  to go, it is easier to get the help you need to get there. Lately, I have encountered individuals  that come to me for help but need me to figure out what is wrong with them, before the journey begins. I am often happy to point many to the right direction. The thought that keeps my mind in deep agony is; I wish that many of the individuals coming to me for help would know at the very least the positive outcome or the vision that they have for themselves at the end of their journey. How can you see that far? Well, it may sound like a hard truth to take in right now. Allow me for one second will you, honestly start by confronting your demons. An inside introspection is the key to saying, "hmmm..now can we start the journey to healing."

Skill & Trade

Notes to the young woman : Find that one thing you want to do and do it over and over until you master it. Whatever it is:you will have found your trade and with time the skill and the hours will make it your work and your work will be your contribution to humanity. Lovingly, Trony Ingati

Where are you?

Note to the young woman: "It is a very cheap affair to look your best. I think these days we are lied to, often we go above and beyond our expenses to look beautiful, glamourous - whatever. You are beautiful the way you are. Are your teeth well cleaned? Wear that smile. That is -You." -Lovingly, T.

Poetic Melancholy

Every man can be a wonderful man but not every woman can be a wonderful woman (It is deliberate now I have your attention). See - men are made They are man-made See - women are woven They are womb made A man can be out-rightly what he wishes A woman no-she takes time A man is carefully ordered A woman carefully knitted Is it a paradox Is it a myth Am I messing with your supposed dialectic form of psychology Battering your head to a man-made wall? See - a lemon green or yellow Still is bitter and zingy - so is the man See the glass of lemonade -glass blown and all Sugar added to the lemon sweet and all -so is she that woman A man is  for a season A woman for four seasons A man is to the priesthood A woman to his anointing Let's have this discussion Call me callous- I'll say you made it As I lay myself to sleep To the tune of the birds that ruffle in their nests Allow for my analysis Every man can be a wonderful man but not every woman can

A few changes that can help you get rid of the weight...

Yesterday, I spoke to a long lost friend. We talked about life, her children and career. Her weight however was not making her happy and was bringing a drain to everything around her. I felt her pain and I realized that food information is still amiss in our society. Anyone who knows me very well will tell you I dance year in - year out. I teach classical ballet and when not in studio, I am running my business or covering news in health, agriculture and societal development affairs. Last year was very busy for me. I went back for higher education to do my masters degree in international relations. For an exact year and half I did not dance. I was busy studying, working on assignments and sitting through lectures. Over this period I have lost twelve kilos without much effort. So what did I do different? For starters I changed how I eat. I walked a whole lot and I breathed in fresh air. My favorite place to spend my leisure time was by the sea and walking through the woods. Today,
